Eyebrow threading can cause some mild discomfort. That said, many clients tell us it causes less pain than comparable methods. This is likely because threading doesn’t affect the skin underneath in the same way waxing can. If you do experience any discomfort, it will generally subside very quickly after your treatment. You can take an over the counter pain medication if you feel the need but most customers don’t find it necessary.

Eyebrow tattoos last up to 3 years before they need to be touched up with additional ink. The exact timeline will depend on the individual but some of the factors that determine longevity include sun exposure, smoking and medications. Less permanent tattoos are available as well, these last for a year or more.
